Invitation to submit offers for the purchase of a lot comprising 158 vehicles (57 for export), including: 29 EVUM aCar Pickup; 77 Maxus eDeliver (26 with delivery mileage – 48 not eligible for registration in Europe); 12 Maxus Mifa 9 (with delivery mileage); 40 Maxus T90, currently located at the Faldo yards in Livorno, with import duties and transport costs to be borne by the buyer, sold as-is.

The lot is offered for sale at a total price (excluding VAT) of €1,356,900.00.

Further details are available in the virtual data room – access available upon request to the Auxiliary by submitting a historical Chamber of Commerce company extract including the latest filed financial statement – instructions will follow.

Improved offers, in the event of a competitive sale, must be submitted to the Auxiliary by February 23, 2026, secured by a non-transferable cashier’s cheque for 10% of the offered price made out to Koelliker Milano Srl, to be delivered to the Auxiliary’s address.
