Standard equipment

VT 651 Exhaust fan: Operated at variable speeds between 2400 rpm and 3500 rpm, suitable for various applications. Driven by the auxiliary engine via the reduction gearbox and hydraulic clutch. Reduction gearbox ratio: 1.79:1

Disc brush: Quick-release brush system with infinitely variable speed up to 200 rpm (controlled from the cab).

Suction nozzle: Cast aluminum suction nozzle with an inlet opening of 250 mm and tool-free adjustment.

Sweeping roller: Quick-release brush system with a nominal rotational speed of 160 rpm.

Dust suppression system: Spray nozzles for dust suppression at the suction nozzle(s), disc brush, and the front of the vehicle. Pressadrain water discharge system.

Electrical system: 24 V. All external wiring harness connections are rated to IP67 automotive standards.

Controls: Main control panel mounted in the center of the cab with Johnston Video Monitor (JVM) displays information on a wide range of sweeping functions and enables download of recorded data. Up to four optional cameras can also be monitored on the JVM screen. A separate palm-rest control console, including controls for main sweeping functions, is mounted at the door side.

Body and hood: The body consists of the hopper and integrated water tank, constructed from high-performance stainless steel plate. The hood is lined with frequency-matched sound-absorbing material. The water tank has baffle plates and is filled via a Type 'A' hydrant connection. A dual, dry-running protected diaphragm pump operates continuously. Waterproof rear door with double locking system and drain function. Two side access doors on the body. Removable body floor serving as a transfer adapter for street washing use. Rear discharge channel, double revolving warning beacons at the rear protected by wire guards. Automatic, multi-positional body support mechanism and side-mounted storage cabinets are standard features.
